Iwill try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned atschool to reach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs areall good for little kids. I will have them practice English as a wholeclass, group work, pair work or independent work.Whatever works out forthe children I will do it. There is never one way to success.

二.教師面試技巧
應聘教師要看自己的專業(yè),我是一名大學教師,剛經(jīng)歷過面試所以還是有些經(jīng)驗的。
首先就是要在試講前做好充足的準備,把要講的內(nèi)容的相關背景等知識了解到位,并把課的
內(nèi)容和這些背景結合起來,主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導到課本的內(nèi)容上來。
其次就是出發(fā)前的準備,一定要著裝合體,不要穿著臺前衛(wèi),畢竟教師這個職位還是要講究矜持的。
在見到面試官時要表現(xiàn)的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太囂張,給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。
試講時要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。
講課時的音量特別重要,而且要有板書,然后就是注意設計的跟學生互動的環(huán)節(jié)。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全,所以板書就是你的教課大綱,是有始有終的,最后別忘了布置作業(yè)。
試講完成以后還會有提問基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的,教學側重點應該在哪里,如果學生出現(xiàn)了這樣或那樣的問題你該如何等等。
