深圳市石巖公學國際部成立于2008年，2012年正式申請開設(shè)IB（DP）高中大學預(yù)科國際文憑項目，2015年10月完成IBO國際組織DP課程認證，成為IB國際成員學校。為更好地踐行IB組織培養(yǎng)“世界公民”教育目標，實現(xiàn)“深圳一流的IB國際學�！鞭k學目標，現(xiàn)面向國內(nèi)外招聘能勝任IB（DP）教學的優(yōu)秀學科教師。
一、 擬招聘崗位
擬招聘漢語與語言文學、英語與語言文學、物理、化學、生物、視覺藝術(shù)、地理、經(jīng)濟、IB數(shù)學、TOK、EE、CAS等學科雙語教師或外籍教師各1人。
二、 招聘條件
1．基本條件
（1）擁護中國憲法，遵守各項法律法規(guī)，具有良好的品行，熱愛教育事業(yè)，發(fā)揚無私奉獻精神，堅持教書育人，注重言傳身教，熱愛教師職業(yè)；

（3）具有全日制大學的相應(yīng)學歷、學位；
（4）持有教師資格證（應(yīng)聘時正在備考者，可先參加招聘，具有博士學位人員可放寬）；

三、招聘考核流程

2、材料初審合格者，學校將以電話或短信方式通知考核時間；
3、考核分現(xiàn)場試講、筆試、校長面試三環(huán)節(jié)。第一環(huán)節(jié)試講入圍者進入筆試環(huán)節(jié)。筆試結(jié)束后，將應(yīng)聘者筆試成績和試講成績相加，經(jīng)學校應(yīng)聘教師考核公布入圍校長面試名單。校長面試合格后，學校電話通知錄取。
四、 福利待遇

I. Recruiting positions

3) Assessment includes three rounds: trial lecture, written test, and principal interview. Those who pass the trial lecture enter into the written test round. After the written test, the candidates’ written test and trial lecture scores will be added to determine whether they can enter into the principal interview round. Once passing the principal interview, the school will notify candidates’ results by phone.
IV. Salary and Welfare
Annual salary between RMB 120,000 and 300,000.
Benefits include: Discounted tuition for employees’ children. Receive training domestically and abroad. Receive private school teachers’ bonus granted by Shenzhen Bao’an District government and a housing allowance. School will assist with moving costs, professional title appraisal, and social insurance if necessary.
