崗位描述:
Help Premier Relationship Officer to take care of the customer portfolios.
Handle back office operations for PROs such as system inputting, faxing, data/report updating, issuing bank certificates, documents filing etc.
Serve visiting customers when the PRO is occupied and handle simple transactions for the customers.
Answer customer calls if PRO is not available.
Answer incoming enquiry calls.
Follow up referrals from other sources.
崗位要求:
Could provide a full-time service from now on;
Bachelor degree or above.(recognized by the state);
Good command of English.;
Self-motivated and possess good teamwork sense;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Good customer service sense with nice personality;
